Rachel gets a fresh start. Moving to Belleville, New Jersey seems like the best thing to do after she goes through a battle with a depression. Her mother welcomes her back to her hometown with open arms, hoping Rachel has a happier life on the east coast. In the beginning, Rachel wonders if the move was the right thing to do. After reconnecting with her old childhood friend Gerard, things seems to become a million times easier. She doesn't remember much of him from their younger days, but when she looks at him she feels something so incredible. A bond closer than any other. Maybe life isn't as bad as it seems. Maybe Gerard is the best thing that could've happened to her. (this was written probably 7 years ago! not sure if any updates are coming. if that's what people want to see, lmk and i will work on something!)
