The family of Nash Lakes most infamous Halloween killers has grown. No one knows exactly when it happened. No one knows how. All that is certain is this...each year, as the leaves fall and October returns, the Waterman House grows a little more... active. Something is changing within its walls. Something is growing in the Pumpkin Patch. Hello! This is my first time writing a fanfic here, especially one like this, so I hope you enjoy it! All artwork of Jacqueline and Dante is drawn by me, and the ideas in this story are my own. Now 7 individuals are after Kasai in high hopes to save him before either, he becomes a Villain or he gets tortured and killed by the League. Another year has come and gone, and it is finally spring time in Tokyo again. Even April's showers pouring down upon them could not quell the excitement of the incoming students to the modern day Hope's Peak Academy. After washing away its sins of the past, Hope's Peak has become a respectable school run by alumni of the academy. Among these alumni are Makoto Naegi and Kyoko Kirigiri, who watch proudly over their students and wish to assist them in achieving their goals and striving towards a hopeful future. This upcoming year; however, presents a challenge with not only the attendance of their son to the school but the presence of Natsumi Kuzuryuu and Phoenix Nevermind, the children of the former Remnants of Despair as well. Though the process has occurred before, there is something much different about it this time... The past has begun creeping up on the academy, and if not handled correctly it could threaten to expose something much larger than anyone had ever bargained for. The only choice is to meet it as it comes forward, even if you're a little young. A tale of forgiveness, love, and family that celebrates the connections made between people and the belief that no matter what, one can always strive to be better.
