Another ghastly tale is brought forth by the people not behind Care Bears, but by the people enlightened by its splendorous legacy, as the Care Bears now face something horrifically new: A dastardly new scheme from an evil overlord by the name of No Heart to create a race of imposters known as... The Who Cares Bears!?!?
