Children, so innocent and happy. Hate hasn't manage to poison their hearts just yet. At a very short age, Peeta Mellark and Katniss Everdeen met. Their excited, young selves believed that nothing could tear them apart; that they were just two kids having fun. Oh, how wrong they were... Their families have been holding a feud, unknown to anyone outside the families, for various centuries now and that isn't going to change anytime soon; at least, that's what they believe. The problem is that a bond as strong as Katniss' and Peeta's isn't one you simply give up. You do anything to preserve it. Even if that means keeping it hidden for more than a decade.

I'll be posting short stories about Finnick and Annie. I'll gladly receive any prompts or ideas you may have :)

When Katniss Everdeen's parents are in a terrible car accident, what will happen when she is forced to move to Panem, California with her little sister Primrose and live with her cousin Gale Hawthorne? She must go to Panem High where she meets a boy with a ashy blonde hair and blue eyes. She will have to go through heartbreak, betrayal, and she may just lose all of the people she loves.

"Want a sugar cube? It's supposed to be for the tea, but I think there's enough to go around for you and I. After all," his voice fades into a whisper, gesturing me to come closer. When my ear is only inches away from his mouth, he finishes his sentence. "You and I, in this world...well, if we see something sweet, we better grab it quick."

Katniss moved away to live with her Aunt Effie and Uncle Haymitch after getting her heart broken by no other than Peeta Mellark. Their group of friends were mad and upset with Peeta, but soon forgave him when they found out how miserable he was. Every night he cried from the loss of his love Katniss Everdeen. Over the years he became an empty shell. In an attempt to get over Katniss, Peeta started to date Delly Cartwright, but broke up with her during the summer before senior year. When Katniss moves back to Panem what do her friends think when they havent seen and barely heard from her for over 2 years. How will Peeta react? Will he win back the love of his life, or will old habits die hard and his player ways cause him to ruin his chances to ever be with her again? Will Katniss's world come crumbling down once more? And if it does will she crack or prevail?

All Annie wants to know is where Finnick is. She just arrived at the capital, after It was destroyed. But there's a problem. Where's Finnick? This story is mainly in Annie's POV. *Note: I do not own the cover art- credit to the owners*

All your favorite characters are back for their next semester at Panem High School! Well, mostly. With Clove and Gale still in the hospital, the group is having a hard time functioning. How can they just go about their normal lives when two of them are dead to the world? How can they just pretend everything's fine? Not mention all the stress that comes with school. Relationships, romances, and tensions are running high. Cato and Madge can barely make it, as they try to come to terms with what happened. Meanwhile, Peeta continues to try to win Katniss's heart, but it looks like he may have some competition. On top of it all, Johanna gets cast as one of the two leads in the school play.
