Phones ring out through the dark alleys of Y city as a shadow encompasses its citizens - Stand users, people blessed with a special talent to manipulate the world around them, are being brutally murdered en masse, and the Y city police department sends out their specialized team of stand users to find the cause. Unbeknownst to them, however, they are about to uncover a conspiracy that may cost them their lives - And, potentially, the lives of everyone on earth. Meanwhile, an amateur group of private detectives start getting some strange calls...

A new story based off the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure series! The Joestars were just like any other family, living peacefully amongst others. When rumors come out that a serial killer is on the loose, everyone is extra cautious about others. When tragedy strikes in the Joestar family, the oldest son, Jonah Joestar, sets off to get revenge on said killer. Jonah meets many people to help on his adventures and also discovers a new kind of power that only certain people can gain, called Stands.

When people begin to dissapear without a trace, it's up to him and a band of outcasts to discover the truth, and reclaim the Silver Arrow from the cold hands of a stone-hearted villain, who might just be the biggest obstacle they've ever faced.
