Logline
In the retro-futuristic world of Earth-828, Johnny Storm-the Human Torch-meets the one person who doesn't care about his fame, forcing the galaxy's hottest hero to discover that the brightest fire may not come from his powers, but from the woman who quietly holds his world together.
Improved Synopsis
Earth-828 is an age of impossible science, cosmic exploration, and heroes who burn brighter than the stars. Among them stands Jonathan "Johnny" Storm, the Human Torch-celebrated, reckless, and impossibly confident.
But inside the Baxter Building, there's someone who never seems impressed by his flames.
Amelia "Elia" Swan is Reed Richards's gifted protégé and the calm center of the Fantastic Four's chaotic life. A scientist with a gentle strength and the trusted guardian of young Franklin Richards, Elia keeps the building-and its family-running when the world threatens to fall apart. Quiet, perceptive, and carrying a mysterious inner radiance known only as her "goddess light," she is the one presence Johnny cannot charm, outshine, or easily understand.
At first, Johnny tells himself the extra trips to the lab are purely coincidence.
Helping with Franklin? Just being a good teammate.
Lingering conversations with Elia long after missions end? Completely accidental.
But the more time he spends near her steady glow, the more Johnny realizes something terrifying:
For the first time in his life, he wants to be seen for more than the fire.
Yet as strange disturbances begin rippling through Earth-828-signals of a danger tied to Elia's mysterious power-Johnny is forced to confront a truth he's spent his life avoiding.
Being the Human Torch isn't just about burning brighter than everyone else.
Sometimes the bravest thing a hero can do...
is learn how to stand in someone else's light.
