The story begins in a world where oceans, kingdoms, elves, nymphs, and sea creatures are bound together by ancient magic. Hidden among sapphire-blue waters lies Emerald Island, a peaceful realm ruled by Queen Sapphire, a young ruler with fiery ginger hair, coral-blue eyes, and a mysterious connection to the sea.

One morning, Sapphire wakes to find the harbor empty and the ship gone.
