The bloodline's true potential, however, lies dormant unless activated under the right celestial conditions, such as during the Blood Moon. Once a protector of sacred lands and secrets, the Primal Blood was bound by a solemn oath to protect the balance of power in the world. Only a chosen few have ever awakened its full potential, and with it, the ability to shift between human and Umbra dei-the divine form of shadow and strength. Legends speak of great power, but also great danger, for those who inherit the Primal Blood are destined to confront the challenges of being the keeper of divine secrets. It is a blessing, but also a burden-one that can turn friend into foe and lead to battles where even the gods may tremble.
