The day I was promoted to the position of my dreams was also the day I died. The day I finally got promoted was the same day I died. Cause of death? Sneezing. Now I've been reincarnated in another world... as a cat. Not just any cat-a dangerously overpowered one who masters magic just by being near it. The problem? No one takes a cat seriously. And if I drop the barrier keeping my powers in check... this world might not survive.

Politics is a cutthroat game, but when you're dead, it doesn't matter what they cut. And it is a dirty game, filled with the kind of people that think nothing of ruining an opponent's life, but few go so far as throwing their counterparts through windows. When Balmy Bymeadow is improbably murdered, his son, Myld, is forced to carry on his father's legacy, but, in order to do so, he must take the unprecedented course of keeping his dead father around. Aided by Finella, a uniquely talented taxidermist, her sister, Flinda, a self-appointed Fairly Gods-Mother, and Phibber Monkshot, a wily and incredibly competent civil servant, in his corner, Myld must navigate the torrid waters of politics, deal with his surprisingly mobile dead father, avoid several near-death experiences and learn what it requires to get elected in a city where politics is quite literally a life or death struggle. With a pinch of 'Yes, Minister', a dash of 'The Walking Dead', and a heaped spoonful of 'Discworld'.

When a mage is found dead, and, at a rough measurement, at least a head shorter, the only clue to his fate lies in the key gripped in his hand. A very magical key that sets the leaders in the Guild of Mages, Prestidigitators, Illusionists and General Wielders of Magic (not including Witches) in a bit of a quandary, because none of them want to touch it. Thus, the investigation is left in the thoroughly incapable hands of the three mages in the highly dangerous, very almost deadly on a daily basis, Thaumatological Gubbins Department of the Guild. Accompanied by a young(ish, these are mages after all) member of the Guild tasked with recording the progress of the investigation, the three mages set out on a perilous journey that will involve several belligerent doors, a three cart race, and, probably, a number of people wondering what the Hel is going on and why one of the mages continues to shout 'Power!' at every opportunity. An ONC novella like no other.

Fresh from a hard-won peace, the legendary Guild Master returns to duty-now as a husband with more to lose than ever before. As two of Draxis's deadliest generals rise to threaten the realm, Rowan must face battles that can't be won through strength alone. With Lila at his side and chaos never far behind, Rowan learns that protecting a future means fighting smarter, trusting deeper, and knowing when to stand back instead of charging forward. Wilmuh Tremblerod knew from a young age that she would become the world's greatest playwright. Unfortunately, the world, and her talent (or lack of it) disagreed. Until one day, Linus, a young and relatively untrained muse finds her in a bar and inspires her to great things. Of course, she isn't the person he intended inspiring, but everyone makes mistakes. With the subsequent loss of Linus' powers, Willmuh's ability to write compelling and mesmerising plays runs out of control and an alarming number of people decide that Wilmuh has become some literary god, meaning that her very creativity becomes a danger to the world. When a competition is announced to find the kingdom's greatest entertainers, Wilmuh chooses to use her new-found talents to seal her place in history. But with rival entertainers and people in authority rallying against her, Wilmuh may find it harder to achieve than she first thought, and her troupe of wayward and strange thespians may not be able to stop the world from falling under her accidental-spell. And there are faeries, too. But watch out for them, they're really shady. Contains a gratuitous and shameless parody of a Doctor Who episode. I'm not even sorry.

Festivus time is here! By golly! After an avoidably unfortunate incident involving an unnecessarily large cat, with an odd way of choosing its prey, a lazy ogre, and a decision against getting knees cold, a set of brothers, long since thought gone from the world, set out to bring their itinerant feline home before things get really, really messy. Unfortunately, the Festive Boys can't stop themselves from following their Festivus instincts and the village of Drippings on the Lea have no understanding of what's coming. With a reluctant queen, an even more reluctant witch, who isn't really a witch at all, a permanently confused farmer with a rabid fear of thinking, and a reindeer called Civilolph, who has no idea why he's pulling a haywain, the villagers of Drippings on the Lea attempt to get in on a little Festivus miracle, even if they have to fight for it. Deck the halls, not your neighbours!

When Charlie Spring accidentally triggers a runaway spell at the Russos' Sub Station, his life collides-quite literally-with another young wizard, Nick Nelson. Between floating sandwiches, unpredictable charm lessons, and a magical Council that won't stop sending warnings, the two boys find themselves training under Alex Russo's chaotic guidance. Nick is steady, thoughtful, and maybe a little too responsible; Charlie is all feelings and sparkles, convinced magic should be art. Together they discover that love is the most unruly magic of all. From enchanted gym mishaps and potion disasters to quiet moments on the rooftop where light bends around a first kiss, Love Spells and Sandwiches at Waverly Place blends the warmth of Heartstopper with the mischief of Wizards of Waverly Place. It's about finding your people, learning balance, and realizing that sometimes the universe hums loudest when two hearts finally speak the same language. ✨ Magic isn't about power. It's about love that glows back. ✨ --- Trigger Warnings / Content Notes: This story keeps a soft YA rating. * Light peril & magical accidents (non-graphic) * Mild swearing / comedic innuendo * Themes of self-acceptance, jealousy, and identity * Brief anxiety & self-doubt moments * Healthy queer romance (no explicit content) (Suitable for teen & general audiences.) --- Hey everyone 💫 This story is a love letter to two worlds that shaped so many hearts-Heartstopper and Wizards of Waverly Place. I wanted to explore what happens when love, magic, and chaos share the same kitchen. It's funny, a little sparkly, and-at its core-about being loved for exactly who you are, wand mishaps and all. Expect: * Slow-burn magic and soft hand touches 🌟 * Sandwiches that sing about feelings 🥪 * A "buff Justin" subplot that somehow becomes emotional 💪 * Three kisses, lots of laughter, and the glow of found family Thank you for reading, sharing, and letting this story cast a little light your way.

Reincarnated again. New world, younger body, basic sword, standard skills-identify, item box, and a system that barely tries. God(?) said it'd be a slow life. So naturally, I immediately fall out of a tree, break some ribs on a coconut, and try figuring out magic. there is magic, right? i was promised magic. Look, I've done this before. Enough times to know survival comes first, but too many times to care if I survive. If you're looking for serious epic fantasy, keep walking. But if you want dry humor, meta commentary, wilderness shenanigans, and a main character who's just trying to nap under a murder tree in peace... Welcome to paradise.

I woke up in a tavern I'd written for Chapter 4 of my Wattpad story. The problem? I wasn't supposed to be there. Now my brooding main character thinks I'm the heroine, my glamorous villain wants me to rewrite her ending, and the plot is unraveling like a badly written fanfic. Somehow, I have to survive medieval assassins, the One Bed Trope™, and the terrifying possibility that I might not be the real author after all. Because in this world, stories don't just happen... they fight back.

Kai Morita is minding his own business-specifically, a cup of instant noodles-when a blinding circle of magic yoinks him into a throne room full of expectations. The royal appraisal declares him talentless, the court hands him a pouch of pity gold, and the "chosen" heroes move on without him. Which is fine by Kai. He'd rather find a quiet bed, a cheap breakfast, and a rooftop with a sunset. It's a good plan-at least until life decides otherwise.

I woke up expecting my plain white ceiling. Instead, I got a medieval roof full of creepy runes, a missing pillow... and a dangerously attractive, one-eyed man with fangs calling me "author." Somehow, I've been dropped inside my own fantasy novel - the one where the hero is supposed to die to save the world. Except my so-called "Chosen One," Arion Vale, refuses. Now, with three days before the entire kingdom turns to stone, I have to convince my stubborn hero to complete the ritual... or I'll be trapped in my own story forever. Oh, and the villain I created? He's here too - and he knows exactly how much trouble I'm in. It's my plot. My world. My characters. ...So why does it feel like I'm the one about to lose?

One minute I was enjoying a peaceful cup of tea. The next, my best friend Kellan vanished through a portal-leaving me with a sarcastic, Earl Grey-obsessed dragon named Peaches and a pie that may or may not be mildly on fire. Now my apartment is a smoldering war zone of scorched furniture, smoke alarms with PTSD, and garden gnomes who are plotting something. Oh-and did I mention the dragon hunters? Because yeah, those are a thing. With tranquilizer guns. And very questionable fashion choices. All I wanted was a normal Tuesday. Instead, I'm negotiating magical treaties with sentient gnomes, dodging glitter-bombs, and trying to stop my roommate from "redecorating" with controlled bursts of fire. If you're into: ✔️ Found-family chaos ✔️ Dragons with opinions and kitchen skills ✔️ Cozy fantasy meets laugh-out-loud urban absurdity ✔️ Magical bureaucracy and gnome-based warfare ...then welcome to You Left Me with a Dragon. May your tea be strong, your socks be unsinged, and your gnome alliances secure.
