Light and Darkness is a broad collection of adventure, fantasy, love, nature, and a few sci-fi poems. It is a journey through misty and flower-swept landscapes to the far reaches of the universe.

Poetry captures our experiences, hearts, dreams - and feeds our souls. Space to Dream is a collection of free verse and prose poems. The poems have varying themes: Natural Wonders, Romance & Journeys, Musical Interludes, Creation & the Arts, Dark Fantasy, and more. Each poem has been crafted with sensual language and colourful imagery in mind, and is influenced by a love and knowledge of music. Thank you for reading. -Unusual Fantasy Poems- Sometimes life strikes you, whether it uplifts you or scares you. Its a feeling you can't ignore nor describe with words alone. In ways you never thought possible, feelings of depths untouched are there creeping. Waiting to be explored and awakened. Change while inevitable and irreversible, molds you anew, as if reborn. Healing is like the inner battle of courage in your soul, eternal and unending. As if lightning had hit you and squirmed it's way inside you, leaving its mark. You can never go back to the times that were simple before it happened. No matter how hard you try, you will evolve and grow to something else. Whether it's in ways that invokes fear or love, it stays with you. That experience you can't seem to forget, no matter how much you deny its existence. Or that memory you cherish more than anything, repeating itself in your mind of what was. That lullaby of comfort stuck in your head that lulls you to sleep, one last time. Perhaps a nightmare that you awaken sweating from but can't remember. The effect lingering in your body for whatever reason you just can't shake. As if something sinister in the background was playing its own little violin while you slumbered. Here ready to rest in your spirit, the Red Spider Lilies adorn the graveyard of your psyche. The transformation lays in wait to weave itself into the crevices of your mind. The Dark Night of the Soul will take its place, unwanted or not, no one makes it out unscathed. #PoemsMagnoliaPetals *Side note I had a few other accounts I lost due to circumstances. Hello everyone, and welcome to my ongoing book of poetry. Elspeth, Nicole, Aurora, Ivy, Mirai, and Florence are all original characters in my fanfiction "Hello, From the Edge of the World." I created this book because I write a lot of poems, when I can, in my free time and felt like sharing them. Whenever I write one I will post it on here, so feel free to read and enjoy them! This book includes: 1. "Nerdy" 2. "The Changing of the Seasons" 3. "Goblin's Gold" 4. "The Theory of Art" (And for the people who really enjoyed my fanfiction: I am planning on revising it over the summer and changing it to be completely original, so I will be looking forward to have more time in my schedule to do this! I will include more content with Elspeth, Nicole, and the rest of the study group members, add more beef to the ending, and add more poetry as well!)

Poetry is magic. And poems are spells. The spirituality of poetry is clear - but it's not always obvious; like many paths and practices (especially witchcraft, folk magic, or other spiritual paths), poetry is a way toward self-reclamation, finding autonomy, understanding yourself and the world, and getting in touch with the divine, mysterious force within us - creativity. And like a spell, a poem is born of intent and uses specific ingredients. Poetry is shadow work, a way of mining the depths. And through that act, it is a torch of illumination.
