The world had changed. Over a million years ago it was normal people were going about their lives, and some were training to become hero's. But it all changed. A villain that went by the name Yukio Welch used his quirk to "blast the world into the past". It was like everything was starting over. This powerful man some how altered not only the worlds gens but people's to. Some were turned into a new race of dragons while others became fairies or witches. But quirks had been "lost". Yukio Welch sealed them away. The only way to get them back is finding the ocean blue crystal. This beautiful gem was located somewhere in a deep cave. To find this crystal you need twins, but twins were rare. Once every two hundred years twins would be birthed. Well the time has come and it is perfect too because the war between the Todoroki kingdom and the rebel league of villains was getting to close to home for prince Katsuki. He needs a way to protect his forest kingdom and this might just be it.
