Wen Kexing had a dream. In that dream, the things he wanted to achieve had been accomplished, the hatred that had long been plaguing his heart had been settled. To finally stop killing, to finally return to the world of humans, for the first time in his life, he no longer needed to spend every second of his waking and sleeping hour strangled by grudge and restless vigilance. There were many things he lost, but along the way he gained many others. At last, he could spend the rest of his life peacefully, together with that person whose existence was the most dear to him. Yet who could foresee that the day of happiness would turn into a tragedy? It was as though the joy he thought he had obtained was nothing more than a fleeting dream. To be thrown from the peak of bliss into the depth of misery, at the bottom of despair, he was told that that his most precious person would soon leave before him to the afterworld.

Prince Zhou Zishu is looking for answers. The first question is Emperor or Empire. The next question is who is behind all the recent problems. Wen Kexing wants justice and made his plans accordingly, until fate dropped a few new strings in his lap. Can the two of them over come the challenges together.
