When a publicity-obsessed president decides that history is too slow and immortality too uncertain, he launches a campaign to place his portrait on a brand-new $250 bill. The result is economic confusion, political chaos, philosophical panic, and one of the most unnecessary monetary experiments in modern history. As the nation descends into a Punch-and-Judy spectacle of vanity, celebrity, and collective absurdity, two unlikely observers attempt to make sense of it all: Punch, professional student of human folly, and Judy, armed with a cast-iron frying pan and a dangerous commitment to reality. The $250 Bill is a sharp, deadpan political farce about power, fame, ego, and the strange things people do when they mistake attention for greatness. Because some people want to leave a legacy. Others simply want better engraving.

In this one-shot Infinite DC adventure, amateur superhero "Dim-Son" (yes, that's the name he chose) is on a mission to save the multiverse from an absolute evil. His target: the Tinkerer of Gallifrey. His quest brings him face-to-face with Tiffany, the fourth incarnation of the Tinkerer, who must try and convince this ZERO HERO that they are on the same side, before someone gets seriously hurt.

The TNC succeeds in inspiring, but its disastrous execution (much of LA is destroyed) at the hands of his ne'er-do-well son and a uniquely bizarre EPA head (founder of the Organization for the Prevention of Cruelty to Inanimate Objects), forces the president to pursue an unimaginable means to achieve the desired end: the US will transition from a democracy, back to a monarchy. King Boyd I, America's final president, leads the nation on a still-more-egregious path (including public executions broadcast by Fox News) that displays all the worst characteristics of centralized power. Peppered with outrageous events, at all stages, including the televised burning of the Constitution; construction of the White House moat; the permanent freezing of Chesapeake Bay; and the remarkable rise of Malibu Greenberg, the world's worst stand-up comedian, The Final President concludes with an unexpected and hilarious transition of power.
