Letters to the Unknown is an anthology of four letters written by individuals standing at the edge of death, despair, or both. A lone WW2 fighter pilot, a prisoner of war, a condemned priest in sevententh-century Japan, and a lost traveler each leave behind a final testament to their lives. Through reflections on faith, survival, loneliness, and perspective, their words become confessions, prayers, and farewells. They become messages sent into the unknown, uncertain if they will ever be read.
