I wasn't abandoned, I ran away. Or at least that's what I like to tell myself. I was normal. Normal family, normal friends, normal life. But everything changed that one painful night when I felt a sharp pain in my chest, and the heart disease surfaced. My family tried to support me, but eventually it was too much for them, and they moved, abandoning me, a 10 year old child to rot in the gutters of Wall Rose. By cruel turn of events, I found myself in the Underground, trying to escape enslavement. I am 14. I try hard to support myself, but I'm not made for this environment.
