The little town of Silva Montes is known by the outside world as a quiet vacation spot for the elderly and couples wanting to get away from their rowdy children. Nothing that happens in Silva Montes attracts much outside attention (except for that one-time Jason Mars won $10,000 in a short story writing contest.) But for several weeks, the town of Silva Montes had everyone's attention. No one expected it. No one wanted it. 3rd place in romance in the Ocean Blue Awards!! Ranking #2 "lost loves" on 7/05/19....Lacey's life had been going nowhere recently, especially with all the rain that had been hitting her small hometown. Rainy days and nights would have usually been a writer's dream, to be able to snuggle up in a sweater with a cup of coffee and write for hours. Truth be told she had been struggling with more than just her writing. Lost loves and lost love ones made her feel like she was the one lost. Will heartache and a bit of cynicism keep her from finding true love, or is true love nothing more than a fabricated love story we write on paper? **Weekly updates, normally post one chapter per week** ***A big thank you @danpaul01 for my making my cover*** ***Author or cover maker do not own the cover picture. Sherlock is finishing up a case, and John just wants a cup of coffee. A collision between the two results in an interaction leading to the formation of a new friendship. First time writing in a while, definitely first time writing Johnlock! Constructive criticism is welcome!
