Due to the rapid spread of the COVID-19 disease or the coronavirus, i wrote this book to help readers understand the seriousness and deadly threat imposed upon the human population by this disease. This book is based on facts and truth of the COVID-19.

Nadine Martin is one of the most popular girls at Roosevelt High School; liked especially for her genuine kindness. Adele Wilson - who suffers from a slight mental condition; causing her to be a bit stunted in her maturity, and extremely introverted to most - is the most misunderstood student at the school; referred to by most as either the "Retard" or "Freak". Mr. Trudeaux "enlists" Adele into his Sociology class to partake in a class project. Mr. Trudeaux pairs Nadine and Adele to become friends for the school year. And, although this starts out as being a class assignment; Nadine and Adele quickly connect and become best friends. Shortly after this, Nadine finds out that her leukemia has returned and that she will not survive her bout with the disease this time. Nadine now avows to help Adele build up her self-esteem and confidence, and to show everyone else at the school what a truly wonderful person Adele is; and, to treat her with the respect that she deserves.
