Freshman year was hard. Amaya was stressed all of the time, and she ate a lot because of it. You could definitely label it as "eating your feelings". She gained at least 25 pounds this year. Those chips she'd always sneak into school, her lunches consisting of at least 1,000-1,500 calories, the desserts she'd buy from the local bakery each night... it was too much for her metabolism to handle.
