Some of them are King David of Israel, Catherine The Great, Theseus the Minotaur Slayer, Apophis the God of Chaos and Darkness, and many more. It's not their souls summoned to present time. Instead, ancient texts about them are used to create Artificial Intelligence as close as possible to the real ones. Someone wants to use the power of Celestialium to summon Apophis to fulfill his evil desire. A college student named Charles Kelsey is the only one who can prevent it from happening. There have been many fanfics of Fate Apocrypha getting a third faction labeled "the faction of Blue" most of the time consisting of the Fate/Stay night servants (or that one Dark souls fanfic which called them the faction of Ash/Grey) but what if the new faction of Blue (for convenience's sake) was made up entirely of various variants (most are from fanfics I read only 1 is canon) of Shirou Emiya.
