The story follows the journey of Duchess Eleni Notarus as she is captured and brought to the castle of Sultan Mehmed the second and how she survives there and becomes one of his most loyal supporters and accomplice in achieving his dream of capturing Constantinople. Is she really just a slave turned accomplice though or is a new duchess going to enter the Sultan's harem? This is going to be a short story with only a few chapters. I obviously don't own any of the main characters except new characters introduced by me. I am inspired by the series Mehmed the Conquerer and writing this imagined story because of my disappointment at its very short run. I am aware that my story might be historically inaccurate sometimes but I would try to not contradict real historical facts and incorporate them into the story as much as possible.

Tejo had always feared falling in love with anyone. She feared someone would break her heart,and it would never repair itself. But when she was married forcefully with her sister's ex fiancee who also happened to be her best friend,her perception of love changed. She began to fly. A new hope began to rise.
