I ship Maia and Rhys from the book Fate of Flames. So I decided to write a story abt it. "I love you." Rhys said barely above a whisper "What?" Maia asked, confused. "No, it's nothing nvm." Rhys said, thinking she didn't hear him. "Sure..... ok." Maia said slowly. "Right. So uhh... anything else you want to tell me?" Rhys asked. "No... that's pretty much everything. You should get some rest. You've barely healed." Maia said. Rhys nodded and drifted off to sleep while Maia stared out the window yet again.
