After Swan was killed by the Curse Of Ymir, she woke up in a familiar place, but her body was changed beyond recognition. Harmony Swan is the daughter of Jacqueline Scarlet and Disharmony. She is currently 1000 years old, and she has recently left the mansion after she faked her own death. She eventually took a boat away from the mainland of Gensokyo, as she made landfall on the shores of an island that was surrounded by huge walls.

Alina Yukio was on the verge of completing her research on cloning technology, but she hit a dead end when she found out that she needed a progenitor to give birth to any clones. She was excited after her friend from St Freya Academy, Kiana Kaslana, formerly known as Harmony Swan, offered to serve as the progenitor for her cloning project. She would not have to worry about a deadline, because time actually worked differently in her lab compared to the outside world.

After the events of her chapter in Zeroverse Chronicles: Swan Variants, This variant is now the Empress of the Viltrum Empire. With the help of Nolan, Anissa and the other Viltrumites, Harmony hopes that she can usher in a new age of prosperity for the Viltrum Empire.
