The school needs a new duelling teacher who can help students teach how to duel,because of what happened during the Chambers of secrets the headmaster thinks it will be good if students can duel well and protect themselves along with the DADA classes they will be taught duelling specially and for that purpose a new professor enters Hogwarts seeing whom Professor Snape's jaw hit the ground...what is the reason for that??
