Fathertime Stories

The first book of the (Mother) Nature and (Father) Time fantasy series. The universe started with one being. Initially, it was only Time, also known as Eternity. For thousands upon thousands of years, Eternity ticked by alone in their vast black wasteland of nothingness. One day a voice spoke to them, explaining the creation of a new being who will bring light, warmth, beauty, color, everything, to fill this void and work alongside Eternity. This new being became known as Nature. With Nature came galaxies filled with stars, planets, creatures, and so many new things that Eternity had never experienced before. But with all of these new creations came a different kind of loneliness for Eternity. Nature had become too busy, leaving Eternity behind. One conflict between the beings gives way to an opportunity for Eternity to fill that loneliness. Nature creates a body for Eternity and sends them to earth. Eternity takes up the persona known as Emmit and experiences the earth up close in a way that had never been possible before. This opportunity is how Emit met Nara and grew to love the human race along with many of Nature's other creations. Everything seems fine, right? What happens when Nature becomes the one suffering from that hollow void created by loneliness?

Folklore, Tales, Myths. Yeah, they exist. All those "crazies" who say so are the worst. We just want to live alone, isolated, with only our culture and minds. But somebody decided "Hey, these things exist, and they're-uh... wasting our oxygen. Well, seems like they need to be eliminated!" And look where we are now. On the run from our lands, hiding in the streets trying to be human. I'd say Hell is preferable over this. "But," you may be saying. "Cyn, you're human. How could this be affecting you?" It's hilarious that you think I'm not a part of this. I can't tell you now, it's too... open out here. So sit down, relax, grab your tea and crumpets and lets boogie down into the hell my life's become.

What happens when the new year comes and the old year leaves?

The time-independent world of Blue moon explores just a few of the many possible tales and supernatural events told to occur "once in a blue moon", introducing all sorts of colorful, magical spirits along the way, such as ghosts that wander in search of their significance, talking animals, and emissaries who walk between worlds. Some bring magic and aether into the world when the moon turns blue, much to the awe and delight of humans, but others wreak havoc, spread hatred, or aim to make people forget about the things dearest to them. What will become of this world that struggles to balance the material with the fantastic? Just a heads up from the author - this book isn't aimed for a children. it contains artistic use of profanity and attempts to address harder topics under the veil of the fantastic wonders and carefully written allegories. Reader discretion is advised, but I hope you can enjoy it nonetheless.

Unbeknownst to humans, there is an invisible world just beyond their own where Mother Nature and Father Time work together to keep the earth in balance; however, when a prediction is made that a threat to their world will rise, its up to Mother Nature's daughter, Terra, to stop it. Preview: "Aqua!" Terra cried as she ran to her badly injured sister. She quickly fell to her knees and cradled her sister in her arms. Her whole body was littered with burns, cuts, and bruises. It looked as if she had beaten to a pulp. Her eyes began to flutter open. She gasped and tried to get away from Terra until she realized that it was Terra. "Terra?" Aqua croaked out in a hoarse voice. "Yes, Aqua, it's me. Don't worry I will get you out of here." Terra reassured as she began to gently help Aqua sit up. "Terra, where is Aura?" Aqua asked in a raspy voice. Terra paused and thought for a minute. Where was Aura? "I don't know. She actually led me here, but I don't know where she went." Terra admitted as she looked around for Aura. "Does she have anything to with what happened to you?" -This story is not edited so please excuse the mistakes for now. Thank you for reading!!!

In the land of Utherlynd reside all the creatures from myth an folklore. Crowe is a grim reaper from the Death Angel Association. He goes to school by day and attends to reaper duties by night. His life is relatively normal for someone of his existence. That is, until strange events start happening all around him, starting with the new girl in his class. Only too late does he realize the chain of events are part of a bigger scheme that could throw both Utherlynd and the mortal realm into chaos.

To my dad, this is all your fault, but in the best way possible. The idea itself was a mock-petition for an eighth day in the week; Smunday. It would be a transition day between the weekend and normal weekdays. But he never got around to actually acting upon this whim, though. Fast forward to my sophomore year of high school where I saw a prompt online where it said; "describe each day of the week as a person." So, here I am, this was from my creative writing class. Please, tell me what you think. (I haven't got much feedback besides, 'its good."....Unfortunatly).

Mother Earth

A short prose poetry piece. Time personified. Discovering the true intentions behind father time. The unduly fear that wreaks of human despair, vilified through the abstract projection of time as human being.

Three ordinary girls, nothing could go wrong on a simple winter's break. Everything but simple happens. When Pitch decides to strike, Rachel, Bella, and Julia will have nothing better to do but try an stop him. Their favorite movie coming to life, as mysterious stones are given to the three, rendering them all with new powers. Striking them to the core with fear, The fearful BoogieMan, is now aware of these "teenagers" and will do everything in his dark, manipulative power to stop them. Throughout the journey, the girls have to deal with bravery, courage, and wisdom. Bella being the hothead, Rachel being the terrified nightmare believer, and Julia being the overconfident teen. They will do everything in their power or powers to stop Pitch Black for good.

Teo is the son of the great gods Chronos and Terra. Alice is the daughter of Oneira, the Princess of Dreams. Together they have to bring together two princesses, one of sun and one of dreams, to save the princesses and the kingdom of Arzintae. But along the way they meet a deadly foe, and their journey is forced off track as they explore the elemental regions, looking and fighting for items to overcome the opposition and bring peace back to Arzintae.

Even immortality can has it's Limits. The keeper of Time itself has been alive for millenniums. Even with mastery of time at his disposal, he grows tired of his lot in life. In godhood his immortal bones grow weak. Kronos has been searching for a predecessor to take up the mantle of "Father Time." He calls upon the other Keepers Creation, Nature, Fate, And even the Afterlife. to to discuss his resignation and tell the story of how events took place. He started by choosing two mortals to take on as Apprentices and giving them a fraction of his power. Their objective? To engineer Change for Good in a world that only seems to get worse.
