you never knew your parents. not fully at least, the village you were born in hated faunus, so imagine how they reacted when your dad had you with one... not exactly well. your dad was murdered- burned at the torch, leaving you and your mum to fend for yourself, and by fend, i mean ran out of town to an unfamiliar forest. At least to you and your mum... A forest full of GRIM. your mum did her best but eventually died at the hands of the grim, leaving a 5 year old boy left alone to survive by himself. now, skip about 11 years where a bunch of no-good trouble making teens and kid come barging into your forest and kill a bunch of your pals?!?! of course, you'll want to defend the only home you've known.

For most of his life, (Y/N) was experimented on by scientist simply because of what he was- a dragon faunus, a creature considered to be a myth. After a surprise attack by the White Fang, he managed to escape his prison and was eventually rescued and adopted by Team RWBY. However, (Y/N)'s breed is legendary for their mystical power and untold strength, making him a perfect target for dark forces. Can Team RWBY protect him from those who wish to corrupt him while also trying to heal his heart?

The stories are inspired by RWBY Fairy Tales of Remnant by E.C. Myers and the rest of the RWBY lore. Based on the series created by Monty Oum. Xain Knight, a rare hybrid, just arrived at Beacon academy, placed in an all faunus team, team SPRX (sparks). Isolated the majority of its life Xain doesn't know how to interact with the others, till the falcon girl and leader Serah Thunderman along with her spider boyfriend, Peter Huntsmen, help it settle in. The cute crocodile guy, Rex Veloci, isn't so bad either. WARNINGS: May or may not stick with the RWBY storyline. Will have a lot of LGBTQ themes and violence. Xain is nonbinary, pronouns are it/its. Serah is bi. Peter is trans FtM and Rex is Pan. Enjoy!

But the real threat is themselves. Some humans would treat them poorly, others treat them equal. A man name YN is one of them, doing everything he can to help many from the Grimms to a promise he made with his childhood friend who thought to be dead until one unexpected day, he ran into her who is a white fang.

In an Alternate Universe,there are Faunus hidden from the people of Remnant,Faunus with much more animalistic features,they live peaceful lives away from the humans,not completely animal,but no where near human either,until one day a animalistic mouse Faunus decides to travel outside the borders,and into the kingdoms,after a long time of traveling she reaches Vale,where she's instantly showered with attention,Ozpin hears of the news and invites her to Beacon,having nothing better to do she joins,but she soon meets others just like her and one never before seen by human or animalistic Faunus eyes,will she fall under the pressure of expectations? Or will she rise above it and make an good impression for all animalistic Faunus?

Y/n. . . His life a past of uniqueness and a present of adventure. . . Y/n's mother was a woman of many mysteries. . . She could do strange things and she had tattoos on her arms that glowed whenever she did those aforementioned strange things. His father was a different story; he was captured by communist Chinese scientists who tried to create half-animal super soldiers to aid against the 'capitalist threat' to their great nation. Something had gone wrong and all of the test subjects escaped back to their home countries to live their own lives. His father's genes were rewritten so that he would be quick on his feet, agile, able to adapt to any situation quickly, strong, and even able to regenerate from fatal wounds as long as even a miniscule piece of him was left. He had the ears of a possum and the tail of a rabbit. Y/n was born just five years before the bombs fell. His family was one of the few whom prepared for this event, having built a large bunker several meters below the ground. After the radiation died down, his family came out of their bunker to find society in ruins. Yet there were a few exceptions. Y/n's family took up jobs as farmers, doctors, and even traders. Y/n's parents though, they became two of the deadliest mercenaries in the wastes. And Y/n; at the age of ten developed the same tattoos as his mother, after that he soon met Damien: an intelligent Deathclaw capable of speech. They developed crushes on each other, played together, and slept together. His parents were killed by The Enclave, the two being ambushed and tortured to death. His father being given a cocktail of drugs that cancelled out his healing ability. After that, Y/n took up the mantle and became one of the most deadly and efficient mercenaries in the wastelands, he took up practicing medicine, machine repair/robotics, and biology to help wherever he could. He swore to rid the world of all injustice. Even if he had to sacrifice himself for it. . .

this takes place throughout the rwby series but will mostly focus around the end of season 3 into the start of four.

Following the destruction caused by Grimm overrunning Vale after the catastrophe that was Torchwick's train, a new set of council members have been elected in Vale. This new council has persuaded the other kingdoms to impose harsh segregation laws on the faunus in Remnant due to the chaos caused by the White Fang, causing much unrest within the rebel organisation, and the rest of the faunus population. But something else is amiss. Faunus are going missing, and new Grimm are appearing in unexpected places. Old friendships are pushed to the limit, dark secrets unearthed, and the history of the White Fang and other mysterious figures are revealed. Ozpin advises everyone to leave it to the adults, but when Blake disappears, for team RWBY, there's no holding back. (An AU, in which Season 3 and beyond isn't a thing, but some elements of the world of Remnant introduced in Season 3, such as the maidens, do exist.) Highest Ranking: #8 in RWBY

It begins four years before the events of RWBY. Ladon and Thalia were just accepted into Beacon academy.
