Max and the gang survived the beginning of the end of the world....but what about the rest of it? This takes place after "Nevermore". I couldn't bare for it to stop so I proceeded. After the end of the world the island has been rebuilt and life goes on.  Max has officially taken her rightful place on the “throne.”  She leads her people with poise and wisdom, but in order to fulfill their own ambitions the flock has spilt up in to pairs of two. Each pair having created flocks of their own.

Max was in a car accident. She lost all memory of the flock and Fang. What lengths will the flock go to get their leader back? How will Fang live without the love of his life?

Max is afraid they're falling apart, but she can't be caught crying about it, she can't show weakness infront of her flock. But infront of Dylan? With him ready and willing to listen to her with open arms, will she really be able to hold back her emotions? ~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~ This fanfic is set after Nevermore ~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~ So. Let's get some thing out of the way here. I ship Mylan. I do NOT ship Fax AT ALL! But I'd be totally cool with everyone else in this fandom being all "FAX 5EVER!" if Dylan atleast got a little respect! So that is why I am writing this. Maximum Ride is about to set out on the experience of a lifetime: high school. Max thinks she's all in it alone at her new school when a group of students take her under their wings. Literally, saying that this school is strictly bird-kids only. Max and her new flock, as they call themselves, must figure out how to navigate high school, relationships and fathers coming back from the dead and try not to make too many enemies along the way.
