Highest Rankings; #5 In LASTTIME #23 In CHERISHED The fear of forgetting a loved one as time passes is probably the best and the worst feeling, all at the same time. The senses dulling and their heart no longer recognising the beloved breeds the fear of losing connection with the desperate longing to hold onto memories and the hope that today won't be the day they forget what it feels like to be loved by the one they held dear, once. Today, I Hope Is Not That Day is the prequel to Today, I Hope Is That Day. If you haven't checked it out, feel free to give my profile a visit or you can also find the same using the link below. https://www.wattpad.com/story/396019162-today-i-hope-is-that-day PS: The cover page is drawn by me. xD

Maya lived in a small house near the sea. Every day, she watched the sun come up and go down. She loved the ocean, but it also scared her. The waves were pretty, but they always took things away. When Maya was a little girl, she lost her favorite wooden boat to the water. Later, her best friend moved to another city. Then, her old dog died. "Everything I love always leaves," Maya thought. She began to live a "small" life. She stopped having big dreams. She stopped making plans. She thought that if she didn't care too much, it wouldn't hurt when things went away. One evening, she sat on a bench by the water. A young boy was crying because his ice cream fell on the ground. "Don't worry," Maya said quietly. "It's just ice cream. It was going to melt anyway." The boy looked at her with big, sad eyes. "But it tasted so good for a moment," he said. "I'm glad I had it." Maya went home and sat in the dark. She realized she was so scared of things ending that she forgot to enjoy them while they were happening. She was so worried about the "end" that she was missing her life. The next morning, Maya didn't hide. She walked to the beach and picked up a beautiful blue shell. She knew that one day the shell might break or the waves might take it back. But for today, it was hers. She started living her life in big, bold ways again. She learned that even though saying goodbye is hard, the happy times before the goodbye are what make life good.

Not every "goodbye" means wanting to leave. Every Time I Say Goodbye captures the silent battles of loving while fearing abandonment, of speaking through pain, and of hoping someone sees the heart behind the words. ReynLia weaves a tender and heartbreaking reflection on wanting to be chosen, even when pride says, "walk away."

Imagining a final dance and a peaceful goodbye in his embrace, a tear of gratitude traces her cheek. The dream serves as a stark reminder, but the song, "their song," underscores the strength of a love that finds beauty even in the face of ultimate loss. As her partner returns, shaking off the rain, her genuine smile speaks volumes of the love that fills their intimate world, a testament to cherishing every moment together. "Inspired by the song 'Die With a Smile' by Lady Gaga and Bruno Mars" "Why not make a story out of it?" Oneshot

The lives of those we call family are never ours to fully know. Yet the poet dares to watch, to wonder, to write what might be-the hidden fears, desires, and silences that shape every bond. This is a collection of imagination, intimacy, and the truths that live in shadows. *all the picture credits to their artists and the owners. I took them from pinterest. Still with you For those who quietly wonder if they're enough- may you be loved in a way that makes doubt feel unnecessary. A love Story of Gagan and Manasa Some people enter your life loudly. Some stay without making noise. She grows up believing love is conditional, so she learns to survive on ambition, silence, and control, convincing herself that hope is a luxury she can't afford. Then there's him. Unassuming. Steady. Present in ways she never asked for - and never knew she needed. What begins as proximity slowly turns into dependence. Not the dramatic kind, but the dangerous kind, where comfort feels safer than distance, and absence starts to ache. Between late nights, shared goals, unspoken fears, and quiet victories, something irreversible takes shape. But some comforts don't go unnoticed. Some successes invite the wrong kind of attention. And some people mistake trust for weakness. As the world around them grows heavier, threaded with secrets, loss, and intentions that refuse to stay buried - love is forced to stand its ground. Not against time, but against fear. Against doubt. Against the possibility that safety itself can be taken away. This is not a story about falling in love at first sight. It's about staying when things turn dark. About choosing each other when the world makes it difficult. And about learning that the softest love can also be the strongest - especially when it's tested.
