Keziah froze outside the bedroom door, her hand hovering inches from the handle. Inside, two voices spoke in hushed tones-careful, uneasy. "Keziah deserves to know the truth," the woman said softly. Her chest tightened. The truth? Keziah took a step back, her heart pounding so loudly she feared it might give her away. The words echoed in her mind, shattering everything she thought she knew. So all this time... it was all a lie? She turned and ran to her room, locking the door behind her before sliding down onto the cold floor. That's the overbearing feeling Sophie has been carrying the day she got married to Keith. And all the more she could feel it everytime she sees him with her. They looked so perfect together- two gorgeous beings suited for each other not until she ruined it by desperately clinging to the man. But when she thought she redeemed herself by running away, she now finds herself stricken when she saw Keith again and the fury in his eyes was more etched than before.
