The Flewins have a new mission in Great Britain, where they meet two orphaned children named Felicitie and Victor, both of whom long to escape the orphanage where they live and fulfill their dreams. Victor dreams of becoming a great inventor, and Felicitie dreams of becoming a ballerina; she even has the passion to achieve it, but not exactly the knowdelege One night, the two escape the orphanage with the help of the Flewins and arrive in Paris, France. A minor accident causes Victor and Felicitie to separate, but this leads her and the girls to discover the dance school and explore the surrounding area. They even see a painting of Queen Celeste, the grandmother of the V trio. When they are accused of theft, a woman named Odette saves them from getting into trouble, and they decide to stay with her for a while. During their stay, they discover that Odette works as a cleaner at the opera house for the cruel millionaire Regine Le Haunt and her daughter Camille. When Camille meets Felicie, she explains that she's waiting for an acceptance letter from the opera house and mocks Felicie's dream, even taking her music box and throwing it off the balcony, breaking it. Due to her anger towards Camille and her desperate desire to be a ballerina, Felicie impersonates Camille to get into the opera house. Meanwhile, Vack secretly enrolls Vanessa in the advanced ballet class because she used to be a dancer as a child, but an accident forced her to give it up.
