The story is about a very dependent and very short lady (who most likely to be thought as a 12 year old girl) who lives in The City of Cyclones with his future husband who took care of him all her life until the day of his proposal. The City of Cyclones is known for a lot of Typoons in the it's main city and a lot of government wars near the bay. On the day of the proposal his future husband died because of the typoon thus gives the government a permission to carry the dead body along with her even though she is still alive and this will change her life forever.
