Sanemi is a female and is shinobu and kanao older sister and uzui is rengoku older brother and senjuro is happy when they found out. Sanemi was risking her life like all the other but when sanemi is severely injured in a mission can uzui get sanemi to a hospital. Tanjiro is a demon instead of nezuko and tanjiro and nezuko are siblings with uzui. Muichiro is adopted by uzui and shinobu is overprotective over sanemi. uzui and rengoku are close and mitsuri was fangirling over her ships and doesn't realize her love at all until sanemi started to tease her about someone who has a crush on her.

She understood tanjiro's perspective and she still hate demons but she hopes nezuko is different. When one of her brother turns into a demon forever will she do what tanjiro does or will she bring the courage to kill her brother.
