She fell down from the top of the building and died but someone stopped her from committing suicide, She meets Lucifer the great ruler of all Hell and a member of the Seven Deadly Sins, he asks her if she'll be given a second chance to live in Hell. She accepted his offer and turned herself into a hellhound named Loona. She worked as the receptionist at the I.M.P which stands for Immediate Murder Professional.
