(I don't own BNHA.) Izuku Midoriya never wanted to go to UA, well he did, until an event that changed his life. Everyone thought he was quirkless, even in his records it says quirkless. That makes being the fallen angel vigilante a lot easier.

"Time Travel might be possible, but it is not practical." Izuku repeated this many times to himself. It was a sort of mantra. He cannot time travel, and even if he could, there wasn't any reason to.
