When we see the word warrior we often imagine the picture of a warrior on his horse with his blooded weapons celebrating his victory. Is that all what warrior means? Can only he be called a warrior who fights a war? The answer for me is a plain no. Each person has a warrior in them. Everyone fights for something everyday which is not probably visible to everyone. They might be fighting with the stereotypical society they live in or with the friends or family or maybe even with them self. They are the true warriors who fight and succeed not to show anyone but for their own conscience. Even you can be a warrior. Just fight against your fears and make sure your dreams come true ❤

My parents used to say that they could tell how a person's feeling based on their eyes It didn't matter what emotion, they could always tell A person's eyes can also tell a story My eyes tell a tale of adventure, humor, love, danger, but most of all They tell a story about me, and what I've been through And believe me My story isn't normal *Warning* This novel contains some sexual content, language, and graphic violence

In "Lipstick on the Menu," the narrator reflects on the power and pain of the male gaze. She prepares a dinner for the male gaze itself, trying to engage in a serious conversation about the way she is objectified and the impact it has on her self-worth. She expresses frustration with how her appearance is constantly scrutinized, forcing her to present herself in a way that pleases others, even at the cost of her own identity. Despite hating the way she is seen, she is also torn by the need for validation, as beauty has become intertwined with her sense of value. After an unsuccessful conversation, where the male gaze remains indifferent, she feels both liberated and defeated. The story concludes with her grappling with the decision to apply lipstick, symbolizing the conflict between self-expression and the pressure to conform to societal standards of beauty.

They were two kids, each driven by something yet not to each other. One was very aware of the other’s existence but the other could care less. It was a solitary exchange that one wished to be more, but before anything could happen, that one went away. Now more than half a decade later, Delilah was back in the city. She was the same girl in the same arterial in the same old house. And one day, somewhere in Humphrey Park, she met Chandler again. He was the same boy with the same eyes in the same park bench. Despite their disposition, the question still lies; will it still be the same? In participation of @beautyatwork’s A Study of Feminity, this is a story on bearing with unwanted companionship and on the acceptance of the abrupt and equally unwanted feelings after that. © 2014 Celine Corduroy

**She was never meant to be a fleet commander.** But even on Earth, Svenja Kroenke could see the patterns others missed - in robotics, in war games, in the quiet math of movement. She didn't dream of battle. But battle found her anyway. Then, without warning, she was extracted - not by a government, but by a mysterious Order older than the Jedi - and thrown into a galaxy not only far, far away... but thousands of years in the past. Now, in a time of starships and empires, Svenja must adapt. Not with weapons, but with systems. With logic. With empathy. And with a mind sharp enough to challenge the Empire's greatest tactician: **Grand Admiral Thrawn**. But there's a catch: **She cannot return home - not to her world, not to her time - until Thrawn is defeated.** As the New Republic falters and old enemies rise, Svenja rises too - from student to strategist, from exile to admiral. But beneath the uniform lies a woman who still dreams of gardens, poetry, and the man she left behind. This is not just a war story. It's a story of exile, resilience, and the quiet power of coherence. And maybe - just maybe - of finding your way home.

Anvi Gupta, a brilliant 20-year-old archaeology student from Delhi, has always been captivated by the stories her grandmother told her-tales of Ramayana, Mahabharata, and the hidden wisdom of ancient India. Driven by curiosity and a desire to uncover history, she finds herself at the prestigious Deccan College, Pune, ready to chase secrets long buried. But when a mysterious book appears in the college library-its middle pages revealing forbidden knowledge-Anvi and her roommate Shree Sukthankar are pulled into a journey far beyond their wildest imagination. A strange light, whispers of the past, and the lost Smriti of Gargi, an ancient female sage, draw them into the Vedic ages. Here, Anvi discovers a forgotten world where women held wisdom, power, and authority-and where patriarchy sought to erase it. As secrets of the past unfold, Anvi and Shree must navigate mystical forces, decode ancient texts, and confront truths that challenge everything they thought they knew. Will they return to their time with the knowledge that could change history, or will these secrets remain lost forever? History, mystery, and the voices of women long forgotten come alive in... The Forgotten Smriti: Secrets Buried in Time
