He refuses to believe it, holding strong to his beliefs and dislike for the prince. Until. This is a Feng Xin x Mu Qing fanfic! I came up with this once I saw the fan art on the cover, this is my first time writing so please excuse me if it isn't the best. But I hope y'all enjoy it!

After everything at Tong'lu, Xie Lian, Mu Qing, and Feng Xin are getting along better than even before the first ascension. Something takes advantage of this delicate new beginning to attack Mu Qing. There's a sexual assault (first chapter), but it's not graphic and mostly off-stage. Explicit stuff will be consensual. I'm trying to subvert some noncon tropes. So that's why it'll seem very not great at first. Gonna take you to the gates of Tong'lu, but we're going to go right back to Puqi Shrine, I promise.
