In the Danunda region, Klinklang Enterprises are starting to roll out battle robots - automatons that look like Pokémon and fight like Pokémon, but without any training required. Dylan and his friends Aiden and Mallory set off on a Pokémon journey to collect eight badges and challenge the Pokémon League, but there is stiff competition as the number of robot battlers rises, and the sheer power of their robots begins to eclipse what a Pokémon can muster. Not only that, but a mysterious organisation working under Klinklang Enterprises known as Team Cyborg have been hunting legendary Pokémon across the region. Can Dylan and his friends stay ahead of their robotic competitors and prove the power of Pokémon over robots? -------------------- - Pokémon is a franchise owned by Nintendo, Game Freak and Creatures Inc. This is a fan-fiction inspired by content from generations 1-9. - It is based in the Danunda region, which is a region of my own imagining loosely based on Australia. Despite it being an original region, there are no "fakemon" introduced aside from the robots, though most robots are directly based on a specific Pokémon species anyway. Ember used to be a normal Human girl. Well, USED to be. Until the day came where she changed. LITERALLY. She found herself as a Fennekin where only Pokemon thrive with barely any memories whatsoever. Ember's ability, Blaze, is activated, and she feels weak and exhausted after, as if it had took up ALL of her strength, something that usually doesn't happen when Pokemon use their abilities. And then there's the Pokemon that are paler then their usual colors roaming around she keeps on seeing!
