Clover Van Stomm moves into town so that she can live with her slightly older twin brother, Buford Van Stomm. She tries to help him when she cans, but never in his bullying. She doesn't like her brother bullying, but he doesn't seem to really care. Anyways, one day Clover goes with Buford to his friend house, where she meets Phineas, Ferb, Candice and Isabella. Is she gonna help with their fun summer inventions, or will she only make things fall apart?

Ferb has only a few weeks left of his summer vacation until college comes along just to end it. So the coming-of-age through maturity will cease childhood and what's left... is finding a good way to spend it. Like maybe...?
