Clover Van Stomm moves into town so that she can live with her slightly older twin brother, Buford Van Stomm. She tries to help him when she cans, but never in his bullying. She doesn't like her brother bullying, but he doesn't seem to really care. Anyways, one day Clover goes with Buford to his friend house, where she meets Phineas, Ferb, Candice and Isabella. Is she gonna help with their fun summer inventions, or will she only make things fall apart?

Ferb has only a few weeks left of his summer vacation until college comes along just to end it. So the coming-of-age through maturity will cease childhood and what's left... is finding a good way to spend it. Like maybe...? One day, Phineas and Isabella get letters in the mail, asking them t join L.O.V.E.M.U.F.F.I.N., and when Perry and Pinky go to investigate, they find that the letter has mentions of Perry! Will Phin ans Isabella fall for the trick? Will Perry and Pinky have to be relocated? What will happen to the whole gang?!? (A little bit of Phin and Isa flufyness, not much though)
