Gus ser skummet fortsätta växa och åka ut ur munnen som tillhör personen som han är så besviken på. Alex ser på medan personen som han så gärna ville ha slutar andas och kroppen förblir stilla. Detta är en kort novell skriven som en parallellhandling från tre tonårskillars perspektiv. Gus, Alex och Sam är tre helt olika killar, ändå så blir alla anklagade för mordet på halloweenfesten i skolan. Men vem är egentligen skyldig?
