My name is Carter. I don't have much time to expllain. I don't know how I was hooked into all this, but I'm in it now. I used to be a regular kid, going to high school, playing football. Now, I'm on the run, luckily not getting killed yet. I've decided to write down everything that has happened in this journal. If anyone finds this, give it to the DUP. I am not kidding.

It's been 8 years since the events of electro ice and a new group of conduits have arisen. With the help of some old friends, Clare, Brett, aron and adara must save Seattle from a old enemy.

Abigail 'Fetch' Walker, the typical, quirky and outgoing "girl next door", is forced to put her newly acquired neon powers to the test as she relives heartbreaking tragedies from her past. After locked away for seven years in Curdon Cay Station, a jail where people with powers (conduits) undergo imprisonment to be isolated from civilization ran by the Department of Unified Protection and by Brooke Augustine (a mean spirited anti-conduit activist) , Fetch finally manages to escape the blistering cold hell hole in attempt to seek vengeance against the ones who wronged her. Join Fetch on her journey as she meets other conduits, confronts Augustine, and lives the aftermath of her victory against people who preach hatred of her kind.
