Alyx is a fifteen year old that has ran away from hell with her five year old brother, Bentlee. They travel on foot from Michigan to California looking to start a music career there. Alyx works as a busker to earn money for essentials. Along the way she meets the members of 5 Seconds of Summer she learns to love their music and falls in love with a member. Luke Hemmings teaches Alyx to trust again and he becomes her only safety.

Not a lot happens in my neighborhood. That's the way life is when you live in a subdivision of vacationers and old people. I mostly just stay inside and play video games all day. Mostly Final Fantasy, that's my favorite. There is this one thing though. Every day, around the same time, this pink blur goes across my window.
