A poem I created on a whim after recalling the events of FFVII Crisis Core, and how I viewed the individuals of the game. Final Fantasy VII belongs to its creators and Square Enix. I do not own the rights to the mentioned characters, and if I did (somehow miraculously) have the rights, the characters would have already gone insane from just associating with me.

Mona Abell, a former social worker from a broken home, has resigned herself to working at the cafeteria of the largest corporation on Gaia: The Shinra Electric Power Company. Just when she becomes accustomed to the long hours, the kitchen smells and the hectic work pace, Mona is being called to the SOLDIER floor where Director Lazard, who has found her lost notebook, offers her a position in their SOLDIER recruiting programme. Allured by the chance to be close to her hero Sephiroth, Mona accepts the offer, unaware of what she has signed up for: love, heartbreak and the dark secrets of a powerful company.
