Little does anyone know that his continued presence on Earth has begun a chain reaction that, if allowed to grow, will change the fate of the universe. As the ragtag group of acquaintances known as the Avengers recover from the Battle of New York, secrets come to light, allegiances are revealed, and blossoming friendships are tested. All this begs the question; what is the cause of such a change and what is the cost? Author's Note: As an avid reader of fanfiction, I've often come across a story trope which I find quite interesting. A 'what if' scenario revolving around Loki somehow remaining on Earth after his defeat at the hands of the newly formed Avengers. From my time spent reading these stories, I've seen that many follow the genre of hurt/comfort through to the same conclusion. And I mused; what would I write when presented with the same scenario? The Avengers are not going to start off as friends. There's going to be infighting. It's going to be messy. This is not going the way you think. Best be prepared. This isn't a story about redemption and found family. Her rival, Senator Randy Keen, a Republican that represents the State Of Mississippi, is eager to win. A lot is at stake for the country. President John Bridges is about to leave office come January 20th, 2017, when the next president elect gets sworn in. This election is one serious event that could make or break America's standing. The Ghost of the North is a fantasy world with. rich, vast history and many different regions , people , religions , and cultures. the world is far from harmonious , but it's *relatively * peaceful, people grow richer and richer , the army is supplied , and the world is somewhat safer. however , the world takes a turn for the worst. from Nimal , the Ghost of the North , has united the tribes and cultures in the far north regions , forming a sense of Nationality and pledging to retake the south and dethrone the king . As he prepares to invade, the story takes on different regions of the world from the start to the end of the War of the Bloody Snow. from the ancient ruins of Candulsberg, to the southeastern pirate infested archipelago of Tsalani, to the Esterlunds in the far east , the Ghost of the North is a grandeous adventure through a vast fantasy world , with complex characters and conflict.

Talia and her newfound sister Nicole are now back from the island and in relative safety...but that doesn't make life any easier. The sisters find themselves in poverty with a broken family, and Talia struggles to adjust, especially with living in a new, corrupt city and pining for the boy that almost killed her... Meanwhile, Magnus is brought from the island for his new post as president. But a corrupt military leader wants to take over and will do anything to stay in power. And with a Revolution on the horizon, life could not get any more dangerous. Especially when Magnus finds himself tangled up in treason, violence, and self loathing over the terrible things he's done, all while searching desperately for the very girl he hurt. So much has never been at stake. This is the second installment of the Exiles trilogy.

Buildings erupt, bullets are fired, crushing peoples bones, piercing through flesh as they give a fatal blow, sending the innocent citizens crashing to the ground, blood staining their raggedy stitched clothes. Even a scene as cruel as that does not affect the cruel coldhearted leaders of Four countries located in South West Colony. Their presidents have egos higher than the sky and will risk the lives of their citizens simply to maintain them. Crazy and cruel as it is they have no remorse for the people the are meant to be in care of. Their lives are nothing but accessories made to their liking, puppets, dolls that they can shift and swing around as much as they want. A brutal fatal massacre of many innocent lives all due to the immense egos of their leaders. ----------------------------------------------- I did not research anything before writing this.
