Rose and Dylan Peterson are travelling to a farm near Derry, Maine to meet their Grandparents and have their summer holidays at their farm. But, they will encounter some unwanted guests. Go to sleep on time or Midnight will be when you die. . .

Sometimes the things that you see are so horrifically unbelievable, you don't even know how to describe that awful burning feeling inside you. As you try to explain to people what you saw that was so unbelievable, they listen for a brief moment, and go back to the theory that they think happened. You know that there theory is wrong and you try over and over again to tell them, but they don't listen. You see, when your just a "kid" nobody really, believes you. When your just a 17 year old like me, that's still not old enough to be out of the kid zone, and into adulthood. I wish the police would have just given me a chance to actually tell them what I saw, what I knew, and what I heard. But then again, nobody listens, because nobody cares.

. . . "You think you're the only one who collects silence?" he asked. In that moment, Evelyn realized the trap she thought she controlled had been hers all along. Carter revealed his own recordings-years of hunting killers like her, voices and final breaths catalogued in his own way. He had tracked her carefully, letting her believe she had power. The final chapter is Evelyn's last entry: Carter labeling a tape with her name, sliding it into his own collection. Then fire consumes the farmhouse, smoke swallowing Evelyn's library of silences. Her legacy erased, her tapes melted into nothing, while Carter walks away with hers-the final silence she would never hear. ---

Girl hates dark and realizes why years later after reflecting on parents death. Basically, I just wrote this for fun in like an hour, hour and a half. It's about this girl who discovers that the supernatural is real because of a traumatic event from her childhood. I'd love feedback in the comments to become a better writer and everything. This could be the only part. I have ideas for part two and maybe more than that, when I get time.
