Otter Nips is in a book shop & he is trying to find a book on just art, wants a book that is full of illustrations. He finds an illustration book that is very expensive so Otter will lose all of his pocket money he has. When Otter really needs his pocket money there will be none just for something that is important he will have to stress it over while he sees that thing that was important will not be there any longer, taken by someone else. How would Otter do to be cheap?
