Bam! A fist collided with bone. Wow, that must've hurt. Fae hunched over, holding her (now probably broken) nose, and willed herself not to cry. It wasn't the pain that triggered the waterworks, no, it was the abruptness of the entire situation. Unluckily for her, the person wasn't done yet: they yanked her up again by the collar of her jersey and brought her to face them. Even with blurry, watery eyes, she could see into the eyes of her assailant and damn, were they stunning. Still, anyone that thought they could punch her and get away with it, had one too many screws loose. Fae clenched her fist and was about to retaliate with a Herculean right hook, but the ref had already run over, holding a bright red card in their hands. Eh, that will have to do for now...
It seemed as if the player's face had turned as red as the card they were given. Olsen, 10 - that was what was displayed on the back of her shirt. Oh, so that was Rowan Olsen. Captain of Rochester Grammar, notorious for her off-the-ball movement and insane in-game decision making. All Fae knew was that this Rowan person had a damn good jab... but most importantly, she was now her number 1 enemy. It just so happened that Olsen was the most beautiful person Fae had ever laid eyes on as well...
