Adam and Evie are the last two non-Creatures on Earth. The last humans on Earth for that matter. They were able to keep their souls and bodies thanks to Adam's negotiation skills. But they can't stay human forever. The Feast, an annual ceremony dedicated to a good year of harvest, is coming soon. Adam yearns to join them but Evie is hesitant. Together they must try to survive their dystopian world for as long as possible before loosing themselves to The Uprising.

I would love to just go off into my own world. Not having to worry about anything, just to explore and discover. Just to escape to a land for of wonder, if even, only for a little while..

Run.," whispers started again. It was like a group od people warning him. He turned back to his friends," Do you hear them?" " Hear what?"Tom pulled his jacket closer. "Whispers," he looked around. "What whispers?" Tony looked at his friend. " You must have heard the leaves rustle. Alex threw a stingy glare at him. "It's small town, my dear. We hear no such whispers. You must be tired," the old man said wirth a ghost smile. " Let's go to mansion," Alex didn't look convince. " You guys go. I will join," "I insisit, Mr. James," the old man said. Alex never told his last name to him, " Very well," 13th Winter Mansion,Dark Harbour, Headless Horseman, Fields of Scream, Los Angeles.IT is a challenge and mind you, Alexander James never backs down. His friends challenge him and his friends to go to Winter Mansion and to much to bve added that his ex-girlfriend died in that Mansion, whom he search for two freaking years! They enter, he only hears her say,"run."
