Fanfiction from the Wings of Fire book saga. In a hypothetical case of book 9; the world seemed to be upside down with the arrival of Darkstalker on the academy. Everyone seemed to adore the NightWing as soon as he arrived, despite his massive size. Few question his suposed grandness, one of which is the timid Turtle, who wasn't on board with the sudden change of character from the old, legendary NightWing monster. Even with animus powers, he didn't feel quite safe around the big guy. As Darkstalker hatches plans that endanger the well being of Turtle's loved ones, and he lacks the confidence to take a stand, one familiar of his is as arrogant as the NightWing, and with a little bit of preparation, she may take a stand on things once they spiral out of control.
