Fire. Water. Earth. Wind. The four types of Users. The Elemental Users. They reside in Saphinia, claimed to be a type of heaven that nobody could imagine, on a whole other planet even. There's a reason why I said claimed. The first Users were automatically given the privilege to rule Saphinia. We call those Users the Elder Users. There's a reason why you don't misuse, abuse a privilege. Why you don't maltreat a position. A fifth type of Element. More powerful than the rest. Mind. A Mind User who noticed and didn't tolerate the disrespect, the toxicity the Elder Users projected onto him, and everyone else. A war. Saphinia World War One. The Elder Users barely win. Most definitely not heaven now. They lock up that fifth User type, bury it away and throw away the key. Nobody would know that there was a force superior to their rule. Many years later. Scarlett Renee Deverah is an outcast. Seventeen years old and still hasn't been claimed by her User type. That is, until she gets some shocking news that would change the course of her life. What fun!

This is a story based off of Hunger Games and Divergent. Right. How could I forget. I was turning sixteen today. I would leave and take the test soon. The test that would determine my fate. Those who protect fire live in village two, Azar. Those who protect earth live in village three, Benile. Those who protect air live in village four, Aragon. And lastly those who were yet to be chosen... live in village five, Syra. Eila is poor and has no family. She lives in a small shack in Syra with her friend Everest Brooke. Eila is becoming of the age when she will be chosen for one of the four elemental parts. But something unusual happens... does Eila really live to protect? Or does she live for a much darker purpose? She is going to have to make a choice of a lifetime if she is going to survive her dark future. The future that will put all her loved ones in deep danger.
