[ No one wants to be known as the class dunce... but you already might have been. You just want to doodle in your notebook. Could this be your second chance to prove that you're really not? ] Drew is your average quiet kid who sits in the back of the classroom and is one of the first students to fall asleep during class. He barely passes his homework on time and he hardly passes his tests. Kids at school know him as the dunce of fifth grade, and that's not exactly a good reputation. But when his polite, bright classmate Lou approaches him, sitting alone at the school canteen one day, Drew might actually receive two things for the first time in his unimpressive life: a chance, and a friend. Will this new friendship perhaps offer hope beyond his usual comfort zone? Or will he continue keeping to himself in the corner?

In year 2020, Apollo and Laura had another son named Diego. Fast forwarding to year 2030, he and his best friends were studying at Lindon Elementary and High School. Diego and his friends were forming this imaginary 'family thing'. In that family thing, he and his friends play a role, but not those roles in the movies or plays. A role as a family member. Someone's going to be a mother, father, child etc. After their school Christmas party, they were having a party in his house. They were just hanging out at Diego's room goofing around. Then, Diego had the idea of asking his parents of turning them to real family. He knew he was just joking but his parents really granted his wish. At first, they thought it was a joke. Until they all knew it was true! They'll be experiencing happiness, madness, success, failure and even tragedy! Read the story of Diego and his friends to see if they can handle the madness of being truly related to each other.

When your life is like mine, lots of weird things happen to you. And, when your life is like mine, 5th grade is your eventful epicenter. Also, when your life is like mine, you want to share these stories with someone else, but the only people you could share them with are the people who were there. Except for now. Welcome to my collection of abnormal anecdotes of the 5th grade.

Kat has never exactly loved school. (Homework? Ugh. Pop quizzes? Double ugh.) But after an awesome summer at camp and a few new besties, she's actually kind of excited for fifth grade. Then-boom!-her teacher drops the worst news ever: Kat has to spend Language Arts in the special ed class. Cue disaster. Her new teacher, Mrs. McClair, is bossy, totally unfair, and acts like Kat can't spell her own name. Kat's sure this is going to be the worst year ever. But Kat's not the type to sit back and let anyone write her story for her. With a little help from her friends-and a whole lot of attitude-she's on a mission to prove she belongs right where she wants to be. Can Kat turn her school year around... before it completely flunks?

A good story, but I wrote this when I was a 5th grader . . . .

So I found this old story I typed up when I was about twelve years old I'm not really sure what it's about or why I wrote it so i thought 'why not post it for the world to see?' Can't think of what to call this so for now it's "A work in progress"

Children/Teen book about a young girl named Kai who has moved school and tries to fit in. The. Problem is that no one wants to hang out with Kai and she is alone. Two girls walk up to Kai to try to get her to change her appearance. Are they really trying to help Kai, or are they just trying to bring her down? Read to find out what happens next! This story was created by me for a school project, but my group mates didn't want to use my story. Let me know if you guy's like it!

A love letter to my crush

This is sooooo cringe worthyyyyyy, but these are the first poems that I wrote (that I could find). Please keep in mind that I was around ten years old at the time. I also used to call these songs instead of poems.

Fifth grade is hard for a girl who doesn't know what her life is. (This story is based off of true events form my childhood)

Arri is your average fifth grade weirdo normo. She has friends and has her enemies. But there is a twist on her she is a bad girl too, having a crush isn't in her personality. It scared her Jackson is your average popular fifth grader plays soccer, football, or any sport he can play. Every girl has a crush on him.

On February 15th, 2017, she had finally gotten the guts to ask out the boy of her dreams, Levi. She thought it was going great until a month later...

This is a story based on some of my fifth grade school year not all of it some of it.
