Almost seventy years after World War III, the world is divided and America is known as the New United States. In this future, transatlantic travel is limited to certain areas, technology thrives, and the human military is replaced by mutants, called aviants - beings who possess abilities, called Houses, under influence of atmospheric pressure. Eighteen year old, Orian Phillips is one of those mutants with the ability to control the weather. After graduating high school, Orian is expected to attend the Government's school to train as a super soldier. As he undergoes different, almost deadly, challenges he also discovers a decades old secret against the Government, which is considered dangerous. Mysteriously it all becomes unlocked for him to learn and even about an existing Rebellion, The Breakout. Once the truth unfolds, Orian must decide whether to stay loyal to his Government, or join a rebellion. With little to rely on, It will become the ultimate challenge of his life.

On Friday of December 2007, Eryk Scott was to return hope from deployment to visit his family. On a routine run he was reported to be KIA when he and his squadron of F-18 Hornets where attacked and allegedly shot down, sinking into the ocean.

(This is a story where Cipher as a mercenary gets implanted to the project wingman storyline.) After the sour end of the cascadian war, the periphery states near the federation have decided to join the cascadian foreign legion and fight the federation who is at its worst. Come along as lone mercenary Cipher, tells his story of the periphery-federation war.

This story follows the Navy Fighter Pilot Rudi "Ghost" Knight, whose father has just passed away, comes home for his father's funeral having a surprise waiting for him. His best friend Jacob "Ace" Harris comes along on his journey helping him along the way.

At the time of war when the reason of fighting is lost between what is right and what is wrong, at the time of war when you're fighting for a country that is not yours, because your leaders had a deal. It's when you find that you don't have a place to call home anymore. The story set is an at era of war, two young pilots participated in a war between two countries that they are not related to, they fought and made a critical change as the war went on. They both used to catch raindrops as they believed when it rains it's when the sky is crying through the clouds.

A/N: This is a short continuation of Ace combat: Shadow War. So if you have not read Shadow War yet do that first.

What if the Top Gun: Maverick we know was slightly different. Let's say we add a new character, one all the team's gonna love but one they will realise they don't know at all. This character would be a girl named Maeve, callsign Shadow. She's a fighter pilot like everyone else and she's been in their promotion. They all trained together and she is used to fly with Hangman during missions. All she told her mates was her mother worked at the Pentagon. Nothing about her father. But she had a style, a way of flying that her instructors knew too well. Bold, dangerous and yet she was following the rules, she'd never transgressed one. What if, she was called back at Top Gun with everyone else without knowing why though she knew a bit more than everybody else. This is my version of Top Gun Maverick

Heyyo guyss so this is going to be a Karan and Dipika story.. Nah! Not the Karan Dipika you are thinking off.. Hahaha.. I am way too pissed with them to write a story Hahhaaa It's just a different story with MY CHARACTERS - Karan Randhawa and Dipika Kashyap. I have a different full fledged story planned with these characters, here I am just going to give a one shot just to see the response to my characters. ;) This particularly has no relation to any real life people, family and blah blah and blah. This story follows the perspective of a young Erusean fighter pilot from his flight training to when he joins the Erusean Air and Space Administration's Sol Squadron and takes part in his first major conflict: The Lighthouse War. I wrote this story back when I first started my Archive of Our Own account about two years ago.
